Weddings & Events Rules

These rules apply to all weddings and events held at Calamity Ridge.

Please share with all guests and vendors and contact us prior to booking for event approval.

Quick Facts

- Max total guests: 20

- Max overnight guests: 12

- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM

- Event fee: $5,000 (in addition to the nightly rate)

- Parking: 4 vehicles on site (shuttle recommended)

Event Definition & Capacity

- Any gathering with more than 12 people (including the couple, guests, and on-site vendors at any one

time) is considered an event and is subject to the $5,000 event fee.

- Maximum on-site attendance is 20 people at any time.

- Maximum overnight occupancy is 12 guests. No unregistered overnight guests.

- The $5,000 event fee applies to weddings and any gathering exceeding 12 people.


Noise & Quiet Hours

- Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

- No loud music or amplified sound outdoors; sound carries in the valley.

- Neighborhood noise rules apply at all times.

Parking & Transportation

- On-site parking is limited to 4 vehicles.

- Shuttle or carpool services are strongly recommended for weddings and events.

- No parking on neighboring properties or along restricted roadways.Vendors, Setup & Clean-Up

- Outside vendors are welcome with prior approval; all vendors must be licensed and insured.

- Setup and breakdown must occur within the agreed access times. Please protect floors and surfaces

during setup.

- All decorations must be removable without damage (no nails, staples, or permanent adhesives).

- Bag and place all trash/recycling in designated bins before departure.

Alcohol & Catering

- All alcohol service must comply with applicable laws; no service to anyone under 21.

- Hard liquor must be served by a licensed bartender. Please keep food areas clean during service.

Liability, Insurance & Fees

- The renter is responsible for the conduct of all guests and vendors and for any property damage.

- Event insurance may be required; a refundable security deposit may be held until post-event inspection.

- The $5,000 event fee applies to weddings and any gathering exceeding 12 people.

Property Access

- Use only designated indoor and outdoor areas. Locked rooms, garages, maintenance spaces, or storage

areas are off-limits.

- Follow any posted instructions for fireplaces, appliances, and outdoor features.
